Providence is a small private stud which has had its own and boarding mares and followers since 1980. We take both long and short term boarders. Services offered include foaling, walking into Northern studs and sales preparation.

Facilities

      • forty acres of post and railed grass paddocks on two sites maintained to a high standard of grassland management
      • a 45 foot diameter Monarch Sovereign Plus horse-walker
      • all-weather manege and lunge-ring
      • a large acreage of stubble and set-aside used in the autumn for in-hand walking of yearlings
      • CCTV and heat lamps in foaling boxes
      • veterinary attention from Dr Jonathan Pycock, international expert in equine reproduction
      • top-class attention to feet (our farrier, Ian Allerton prepared Peintre Celebre as a youngster)
      • all yearling boxes have anti-weave grilles
